Why is this named "the millennial dillemma"?

Why is this named "the millennial dillemma"?

Mostly, I like how it sounds. M i l l e n n i a l d i l e m m a… right?

But also, we millennials get a bad rap—from our parents, bosses, the media. We’re “lazy”, “entitled”, and “ruining” pretty much everything previous generations have built.

millennial noun
: a person born in the 1980s or 1990s —usually plural

Well, I’m here to say, “Nah, bro.” Because it aint like that. We, like generations before us, have grown up in a precarious time full of different, but just as significant, changes and challenges.

dilemma noun
di·lem·ma | \ də-ˈle-mə also dī-\
: a usually undesirable or unpleasant choice; a situation involving such a choice; a problem involving a difficult choice; a difficult or persistent problem; an argument presenting two or more equally conclusive alternatives against an opponent

So, The Millennial Dilemma offers explanation and insight into why we are the way we are. It also sheds light on issue we face as millennials and how we can overcome them.
